BRITNEY SUED BY FORMER BODYGUARD!!!

A former bodyguard for Britney, Kerry Vine, filed a lawsuit against the pop star today, claiming he "sustained physical injuries while working at her old digs at the Summit in Los Angeles," according to TMZ.com.

Britney "negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him]," according to the filed papers, and says the security firm Vine worked for "forced him to perform duties that put him in harm's way."
