Britney Spears Buys a Parakeet!!!

After wrapping up the North American leg of her tour with two concerts in Las Vegas over the weekend, the singer her new single, "3," on radio station Z100 Tuesday morning.
But that wasn't enough excitement for her: On Wednesday, Spears purchased a pet parakeet.
During a trip to the California Pet Center near Calabasas, Calif., the singer decided to procure a pet. "Britney had just picked up some dog food when she spotted the parakeets and decided to buy one," an eyewitness tells. "She settled on a yellow parakeet and bought a big, white cage and several toys for the bird.".
