How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes you must have a valid Twitter® account and be a follower of @Candiesbrand. You can obtain an account and become a follower during the Sweepstakes Period by going to www.twitter.com, and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password, then become a follower of @Candiesbrand by searching for "Candiesbrand", clicking on the Candiesbrand icon and then clicking the "Follow" button or (2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter website and follow Candiesbrand as indicated in (1) above. You then must Tweet "I want a limited edition @Candiesbrand Poster of @Britneyspears" to Candiesbrand. Sweepstakes is open to those thirteen (13) years of age or older who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Only one entry per person. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple Twitter accounts or otherwise may be disqualified. Employees of the sweepstakes sponsor(s) and its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter.
Entries must be received between 12:01 am (Eastern Time) on April 19, 2010 and 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) on April 30, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The sweepstakes sponsor(s), Iconix Brand Group, Inc. assume(s) no responsibility for lost, misdirected or late entries or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. NOTE: Sponsor may not receive entries from Twitter users with "protected" updates (i.e., user has set their account so that only people the user has approved can view their updates) due to the way Twitter operates its service. Entrants must be a member of good standing of Twitter in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. Twitter, Inc. and Britney Spears are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and do not endorse or otherwise have anything to do with this Sweepstakes.
Winners: On or about April 30, 2010, four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received . The random drawing will be conducted by the sponsor whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfillment of all requirements.
Winners will be notified via a general Tweet announcement by @candiesbrand. Each winner must then allow @candiesbrand to follow winner on Twitter. Sponsor will then contact winner via a Direct Message on Twitter. If winner does not allow Sponsor to follow him or her or enable the functionality to receive a Direct Message, then Sponsor will select another winner. Winner must provide Sponsor with full contact details in order to be awarded the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, an alternate winner may be selected in his/her place at random.

General:
1. The prize will be shipped to the winners within 3-5 weeks of the receipt of a signed affidavit for approved entries. No substitutions, transfers or assignments of prizes allowed. In the event of unavailability, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
2. All expenses, including taxes (if any), related to receipt and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
3. Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit”) and if so, the Affidavit must be completed and returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or winners will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected. Should the ARV of the prize equal or exceed $600.00, winners shall be required to provide a Social Security Number or a Taxpayer Identification Number to Sponsor for issuance of a 1099 Form.
4. By accepting a prize, winner(s) grant to Sponsor the right to use his/her name(s), likeness(es), hometown(s) and biographical information in advertising and promotional materials, including posting on the Sponsor’s website, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
5. By competing in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, or the agencies of any of them from any and all liability for any loss, harm, injuries, damages, cost or expense arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
6. In addition to these Official Rules, you agree to be bound by Twitter Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, both of which are incorporated as part of these Official Rules.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the person to whom the Twitter account is registered.
8. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
