Bad news - No Britney Spears at the MTV Video Music Awards this year. It's a sad face moment, we know. Her manager, Adam Leber, Tweeted the sad story yesterday afternoon after rumors surfaced that she would be attending.

Good news - When she's not at the VMAs, she'll be in the studio, working on her brand new album!
YES!!! MUCH BETTER!!
Oh, we can't wait to hear what glorious sounds will come out of Britney next! We'll be crying and shaking with joy, for sure!
