She may have been shopping for some colourful blooms for her garden, however Britney Spears' made sure she stood out against the vibrant backdrop on Tuesday.

The hitmaker teamed a striking pink top with a tiny pair of shorts as she visited LA's Home Depot store, before leaving with a trolley full of goods.

The 32-year-old left her male companion to load up the car while undoubtedly turning heads with her toned pins.

The mother-of-two kept her eye-catching mirrored aviators firmly on as she browsed the shop, after boosting her frame with a chic pair of wedges.

The pale denims were teamed with a fluorescent, sleeveless blouse, which thanks to a slit at the back, flashed her blue bra underneath.

Tying her hair back away from her face, Britney also oddly opted for heavy make-up despite her obviously casual ensemble.

While her legs may have stolen all the attention during her outing, it was her two young boys who got a public display later on.

In a new post added to her popular Instagram account, the star posed alongside sons Sean Preston and Jayden James - her children with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The bright and cheerful snap had the accompanying caption: ‘What’s up summer!!! Where are my sunglasses when I need them? Lol.’

On Saturday, Britney proudly put her trim tummy on full display in a strapless handkerchief top that was reminiscent of her earlier outfits in her career. 

She also opted for the same Daisy Duke shorts which again provided passersby with a full view of her pins while out and about in Calabasas.

The star stayed cool with her blonde hair swept up in a messy bun, while keeping the accessories to a minimum with just a blue and silver bracelet.

An application of the singer's signature eyeliner highlighted her light eyes, while a slick of light pink lip gloss polished off the look.

The singer looked to be in remarkably good spirits as she stepped out in a pair of comfortable black flip flops.

Britney is 18 months through a two-year run of her hit show Britney Spears: Piece of Me at the glitzy Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

According to the New York Daily News she has been offered a staggering $12 million to extend the run until Christmas 2016.

The paper quoted Gary Selesner, President of Caesars Entertainment, who said they hoped the show would go on.

'Britney Spears has been a great success for the company and will be extended, if she wants to do it, and I cannot see why not.'

But there has been some criticism of the former teen idol's performance after it emerged she lip-synched her hits.

She was busted in February when her vocals started before she began to sing.
